I am ordering a product with the message of ‘Out of stock’, when is it likely to be back again?Please send us an email with the product code to onlineuae@indigo-living.com or use the function of ‘Contact us’ to fill in the item you enquire. Our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible.

Is the measurement of the dining table on the website before or after the extension?If you go to the product detail page of the dining table, it would show you the size of the table before and after adding the extension.

What size of mattress should I get to fit in your bed frame?Most of our bed frames come in King and queen sizes, and few come in double and single. Mattress for our King, queen, double and single bed frames are: ‘180 cm x 198 cm’, 152 cm x 198 cm’, ‘137 cm x 198 cm’ and '91 cm x 198 cm'.You can go to our mattress page to find the details of our mattresses.

Can I buy the lampshade or the lamp base alone?We sell the lamp base and the lamp shade together. We cannot sell it separately.

I had purchased your sofa a few years ago, can I order replacement covers?Please email onlineuae@indigo-living.com which sofa you had purchased from us and they will get back to you if we can order the replacement covers for you.

Payment

Do you accept other credit cards for online purchase apart from IPG-PAY?We accept AMEX, MASTER, VISA and UNION PAY. We also accept AMEX fax payment and bank transfer.

Purchase

I don't live in Dubai anymore, but a friend of mine will pick up what I purchase from Indigo online store. How do I do this - shipping address, pick up at the store? It’s depending what you are getting for your friend, we offer ‘Click & Collect’ service on some items for customer collect from stores, but some items might be too bulky and heavy as we can only offer delivery to the customer’s home. Please check with our customer service whether or not your purchase can be picked up from the stores. See Shipping & Delivery for more.

How can I use my VIP discount online?Please email your name and telephone number to onlineuae@indigo-living.com we will set up the VIP discount for you to enjoy your shopping online.

I would like to make an order. How can I get the first time 10% discount? If you have never sign for our Newsletter before, simply register on our Newsletter and place the order afterwards. You will receive the 10% discount for regular price item.

I want to buy one of your sofas but it is out of stock. Can you sell me the floor model? And would it be cheaper? Normally we do not sell our floor display. However, you can email our customer service to find out the shop floor model is sellable to the customer or not, whether or not we can offer a discount on the sofa is all depending on the condition of it.

I want to buy one of your rugs from online, but I can’t add to cart, it shows this rug is currently out of stock, but the website shows I still can collect this rug in store. Can you help me to add it to the cart? If the product shows out of stock and in-store only, it means you can only buy from the store because you may need to check the condition of it before buying.

I want to order and pay online and collect in store. Option is not provided, how can I order?The reason why this service is not provided is due to the attribute of the products. Some items are too heavy or bulky for pick up from the stores.

Delivery

I'm interested to buy a bed frame and would like to understand the delivery as I live in a building with stairs only. How can I know whether it fits through the staircase to the unit? Our delivery team might have experience in delivering the furniture to your building. Please email onlineuae@indigo-living.com your building name and how many floors our delivery team has to carry up. We will let you know whether or not the bed is feasible for delivery, and give you the quote of the staircase charge.

I am interested in buying your furniture because it is on sale now, but my apartment is under renovation and won't be ready for another 2 months. Can I take advantage of the current sale but arrange delivery later? All the sale items can only be stored with Indigo for a maximum of 4 weeks. We will apply the storage charge to you based on the amount of the purchase and how long the storage period will be.

Do you deliver on Sunday? Yes, We provide delivery services every day of the week. Please email onlineuae@indigo-living.com your delivery district and they will get back to you which day our delivery team will deliver to your area.

Own Delivery Arrangement

What products are eligible for Own Delivery Arrangement? Own Delivery Arrangement is available for all orders which include heavy items, such as furniture, wall arts, mirrors etc. If orders are with non heavy items only, it is only available for in store ‘Click & Collect’ or deliver by our Indigo service.

How does Own Delivery Arrangement work?If your order qualifies for Own Delivery Arrangement, basically you can arrange your own transportation to pick up the order from our warehouse in Dubai. Our Customer Service will contact you to confirm which date and timeslot you can pick up your order.

What happens if I don’t pick up my order? Your order will be kept for 2 days at our warehouse. Our Customer Service will give you a call as a reminder. In case you cannot pick up on the agreed day, please email us at onlineuae@indigo-living.com 48 hours prior to the date you come for the pickup. We will arrange another date for you to pick up your order at our warehouse. Prolonged delays will incur storage charge.

How do I collect my order?When you arrives our warehouse, please look for our Customer Service. He or she will assist you to pick up and inspect your order.

Can someone else collect my order? Yes, they just need to bring your order confirmation email with them as proof of purchase and a photo ID of the person named as collecting on your behalf.
